Case Study #1
We may not have perfected the roundhouse kick, but that doesn’t mean we won’t bend over backwards to deliver on a promise made to a customer. Even if that involves doing so in the dark. And in the freezing cold. For three days. Over a weekend.
In February of 2015, we suffered a week-long power outage in our building. It couldn’t have happened at a worse time. We were in the middle of producing the spring campaigns for several big-name clients — clients whose time-sensitive projects we promised would be shipped on time.
So we quickly disassembled part of our art room and relocated it inside the apartment of one of our graphic designers who lives nearby. For a week she allowed our art department to take over her home and continue production.
Once everything was produced, we still had to pack and ship it all from our facility that following Monday. So we set up some lights and space heaters powered by generators, and for three days straight — Friday through Sunday — every employee in the company (and even some spouses) came in and packed projects.
On Monday morning, when UPS and FedEx arrived, every package was ready to go out the door. It was pretty unbelievable. But that’s what we do.
After all, we’re signmasters.
We’ll be “rolling” out the red carpet for everyone who visits us at our bowling-themed display — including two working bowling lanes. Hope to see you there!
Congratulations, Ben Galioto, on your promotion to Senior Project Manager
Ben initially joined our pre-press division in 2015, coming to us from Modell’s Sporting Goods where signmasters was one his trusted vendors. As our new Senior Project Manager, Ben’s responsible for driving day-to-day activities for two members of our sales — everything from creating job tickets, tracking jobs, and handling billing and invoicing, to acting as a liaison between the pair and their current clients.
And join us in welcoming the newest “member” of the signmasters team — Quantum 3
Our new amazing Matan Quantum 3 is now the crown jewel of our lineup of digital printers, allowing us to produce phenomenal HD-quality images. It’s specially designed to print bright and vivid images smoother than other printers, making it the go-to printer for indoor close-view signage such as tradeshow graphics, hanging banners, wallpaper murals, and display windows.
We’re ready when you are
No matter what the project. No matter what the deadline. No matter where it has to be shipped. We can do it. Because we’re signmasters. To get started, fill out the form below or give us a call at 973.614.8300
